SECTION 2: REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Select Your Stay Option Below
After selecting your preferred Stay Option (common to all attendees in your family / group), please wait for few seconds to get the corresponding charges in the 'Confirm Age Group' lists. You will be able to see the 'Confirm Age Group' lists after selecting your Stay Option.

If any of your family / group members want to have different Stay Options, please don't include them in this Registration; they should submit a separate registration.

Upon selection, a confirmation will appear below.

 

Stay Planning
Please let us know how would you like to use the number of Nights of Stay (for Cabin Stay and Tent Stay Options) or the number of Days (for Daily Visitor Options) you are about to purchase as part of the Option selected above. For example, if you selected 'Cabin Stay 3 Nights' Option, check all the Cabin Stay boxes below. If your Option shows only 2 Nights, check only 2 boxes below based on the nights you actually stay at Campsite. If you selected a Daily Visitor Option, please select the actual days on which you will be visiting the Campsite. This will help us in overall Planning and serve you better.

 

Meals Planning
Please let us know how would you like to use your Meals you are about to purchase as part of the Option selected above. For example, if you selected an Option with 8 Meals, check all the boxes below. If your Option offers only 3 Meals, check only 3 boxes below based on how you want to use your Meals (e.g., Sat-Breakfast, Sun-Breakfast, Mon-Breakfast). This will help us in Meals Planning and serve you better in the Dining Hall.

Please enter the names of ALL attendees in your family / group (including You, the Primary Contact listed above - if you are also attending) as you would like to see them on the Name Badges. You may register your family members alone through this form even if you are not attending the Retreat. If that is the case, just list your family members here; not your name.






SECTION 3: SPONSORSHIP CONTRIBUTION (OPTIONAL)

This amount is used to pay for Registration of devotees who need financial help and other Retreat expenses not covered by the Registration charges.

SECTION 4: OTHER OPTIONS
(Transportation, Scholarship, and Play Area for Kids)

A. Do you need local Transportation help? (Pickup from / Drop-off to local Airports or Train Stations) If Yes, please give Flight / Train details in the COMMENTS box (SECTION 5) below.

B. Do you need Scholarship (financial help) to pay for the Registration of this Retreat? If so, please click "Yes" and select "Scholarship" as the Payment Option in SECTION 6 below. (this information will be kept strictly confidential)

C. Play Area for Kids (0-5 yrs): This year, we are planning to have a Play Area for kids of age 0-5 yrs. We are seeking volunteers - (parents of these kids, SSE teachers, or other Adults / Young Adults) - who are interested, skilled, and committed to engage small kids in safe, satwik,  and fun activities. Each volunteer needs to commit only 1 or 2 hours per day. We hope to have a pool of volunteers to organize and manage this 'play area' program this year. Please answer the following questions if they are applicable to you.

Do you want to enroll your kids (0-5 yrs only) in the 'Play Area' program?

Do you want to enroll as a Play Area Volunteer?

Do you want to enroll as a General Volunteer to serve in other Retreat related areas?

SECTION 5: COMMENTS
Please enter Flight / Train details, Special Medical Conditions, Special Dietary Needs, or any other information you would like to share to make your Retreat experience pleasant.

SECTION 6: PAYMENT OPTION
Please select your Payment Option [Credit Card or Scholarship] and click the SUBMIT button. Based on your Payment Option, you will be redirected to the corresponding page where you can complete your transaction. Upon final completion of this Form, You will receive a confirmation Email with the details of your Registration. There will be a special "Edit Link" in your Email that allows you to make any changes to your Registration information later.

 You should select "Resubmission" option only when you come to the Online Registration through "Edit Link"; not while Registering for the First Time on this page. Thank you. Sai Ram.

      


Our Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is "100% unconditional" - meaning, you will get your 100% money back if you decide to cancel the Registration any time before the event; no questions asked. For any reason, if you can't attend the event, you can request full refund even after the event starts. All refund requests should be sent to us using the "Contact Us" form. Enter REFUND in the subject line. All refund requests should reach us BEFORE 11:59 PM CDT of the first day of the event.
