Welcome to Online Registration!
Please read this message completely before proceeding with the Registration process.
While we prefer all Attendees to use our Online Registration, we do anticipate some members who may not be comfortable with Online Registration. Center Presidents or the Designated Volunteers are requested to extend necessary help to those Center Members who are not comfortable with this process. Essentially there are three ways one can register:
- Online Registration and Online Payment using Credit Card by the Members themselves.
- Online Registration and Online Payment using Credit Card with the help of Designated Volunteers. Volunteers can use their Credit Card to pay and collect the amount from the Members who do not have Credit Cards or who do not want to use them Online.
- Members can mail their completed Mail-in Registration Forms with a Personal Check.
Retreat starts on Friday (9/3/10) evening and ends on Monday (9/6/10) at Noon. Each Registration Option consists of 3 parts:
- Location of Stay: Campsite Cabin Stay, Campsite Tent Stay, and Outside Stay / Daily Visitors.
- Number of Nights / Days: Full Registration involves 3 Nights of Stay or 3 Days of attendance for Daily visitors.
- Number of Meals: Full Registration offers a total of 8 Meals consisting of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday and Sunday; Breakfast and Carry-out Lunch on Monday. Light Dinner is offered free for all on Friday night.
Within each Stay Option category, you will see different 'Options' (packages with different lengths of Stay and Meals). Price for each Option / Package varies based on the Age Group of the Attendee. Different Age Groups are given below:
AD - Adults (35+ yrs); K0 - Kids (0-5) yrs; K1 - Kids (6-11 yrs); K2 - Kids (12-17 yrs); YA - Young Adults (18-35 yrs)
If you want to stay in Campsite Cabins (nice Lodge with clean beds) with Full Registration, you should select Registration Option A [Cabin Stay, 3 Nights, 8 Meals]. Based on the age range of the attendee, the amount of Registration charge varies: For Adults and Young Adults, it is $125. For Kids of 6-11 yrs, it is $56. For Kids of 12-17 yrs, it is $69. Kids below 6 years stay and eat free.
You can buy additional Meals onsite at the Registration Room.
